Chino is the club’s current longest serving player and is starting his fourth season for the club. Formed in the youth ranks of Lincoln FC, he joined the team in July 2014 and has been a regular since then. He formed part of the Second Division Championship side of 2015 and was named club Captain in June 2017. He is currently the club’s leading appearance maker and will look to break the 100 barrier this coming season. He is a full Gibraltar international and we hope he gets his chance in the Internationals that are coming this season. He has also reperesented Gibraltar at international level for FUTSAL though he left that discipline to dedicate himslef fully to eleven a side in 2015. A consumate professional Chino has grown into his role as skipper and is a great example for all the young players in the squad.


Name: Alvaro Perez Pichardo, ‘Pichi’

Alvaro is a young keeper that caught the eye of the club’s scouting team during the off season. He will initially be Chino’s understudy and look to learn and gain in experience. Alvaro signed from Atletico San Roque and has grabbed his opportunity with both hands. He is deft with his feet and, in keeping with the tradition of the keepers from his homeland, is an excellent shot stopper with catlike reflexes. Alvaro will look to learn from Chino and push him in training.

Jorge is another keeper that impressed during the trials held in June. His technique belies his age and shows immense potential as a keeper for the future. Furthermore he boasts an impressive physique for a 16 year old. Formed in the youth ranks of Glacis United he comes from Second Division side FC Brunos Magpies. He commands all aspects of goalkeeping and will now doubt improve under the tutelage of both the club’s coaching staff and senior keepers.
